This week we had our first-ever residential training for Move with HaRT facilitators! Over the past five days we have learned and laughed together, covering the basics of feminist and trauma-informed programming, how to manage difficult emotions, safety during Move with HaRT sessions, and a deep dive into our twelve week curriculum. Sharing huge appreciation to our newest team members for showing up with grace and courage, and creating such a beautiful space.
